2010 Undiscovered Voices Competition Launched

Undiscovered Voices 2009 was launched yesterday at a special Professional Series event, which featured three literary agents and two editors plus previous winners of the Undiscovered Voices competition.

Organisers Sara O'Connor and Sara Grant announced that the honorary chairman of the Anthology competition will be top YA author Melvin Burgess.

The evening also launched the Undiscovered Voices website on which are posted submission rules for the 2010 anthology, the names of the judges, features on previous winners, and the story of how David Almond, previous chair of the competition, was discovered.
