Join SCBWI

Become a member of our unique organisation. Membership is open to anyone with an active interest in children's literature.

As membership applications are handled by the SCBWI head-office in the US, dues are payable at the current exchange rate in US dollars. We are an international organization, and once you join, you are eligible to attend SCBWI events anywhere in the world at the members' rate, including the British Isles region.

Annual dues and renewals: It is approximately GBP £35 (USD $70) per year for either full or associate membership plus, for new members, a one-time initiation fee of about £8 (USD $10).

Because of increasingly frequent flunctuations in the exchange rate however it is best to check with the international website which accepts credit card payments .
